(9.00/10.00) This game, created by the now-deceased game company Clover Studios, puts you in control of Okami Ameratsu, a wolf that has been possesed by an ancient goddess, and you are trying to save your village from the forces of darkness. Along the way, you will get several amazing brush stroke techniques, including cutting, lilypads, vines, etc. The graphics in this game are just beautiful, perfecty illustrating ancient Japanese watercolors. There is also humor in this gamewhich can be pretty funny at sometimes. Although I have trouble sometimes figuring what to do, this is a classic game for the PS2 that every PS2 owner should try out.

(9.5/10.00) I have played all of the Warioware games, from Mega Micro Game$ to Twisted, but I am a strong believer that Warioware was destined for the Wii. No other game could have you picking noses, hula-hooping, and picking noses, while playing the game right! This being Warioware, I didn’t expect it to be long, or to have a storyline that made sense! But I had a great time playing all the absurd, yet fun minigames. There are a variety of ways to use he Wiimote, from the basic “Remote Control” to “The Mortar and Pestle”. It can also get very interactive: There was a minigame where you had to nod if my Mii was a male! The multiplayer is also fun, with pass and play all you need is one Wiimote and you can play with up to 12 people! This game is one of the Wii’s best!

I’m going to do like my fellow blogger James and review each of the sports games with their own score, mainly because I liked some a lot more than others.
Bowling-(8.5/10.00) This one was definitely one of the funnest. Usong only the Wiimote, you do a backswing holding down B on the bottom, then swing forth as fast as you can, I was pretty good at this one, scoring a 103. That’s better than I do in real life!Â
Â
Tennis-(8.00/10.00) This one also had very smooth controls, simply swinging the Wiimote like a tennis racket could give you the game-winning point, although I lost my first game, mainly due to the fact the other team was a dirty cheater, but this one will be one I will be playing over and over again, coming back to kick their butts!
Â
Baseball-(8.00/10.00) This one was a little harder when it came to swinging, me always being a tad too early or a tad too late, but I was an excellent pitcher striking out several opponents, the gameplay is very easy and simple, and it is another great part of this game.
Â
Golf-(7.50/10.00) I can’t really judge this one because I never really started it. I could never hit the ball! But once I get the hang of it, if I have a differing opinion, I will come back and make corrections.

Boxing-(9.5/10.00) This one is definitely my favorite, with ssome of the best controls and gameplay I’ll see in a Wii game. You have to use the nunchuk with this one, using each one for either one arm, and allowing you to perform such devastating blows as jabs, uppercuts, and face punchs. You can also block your face by bringing the controllers up to your face/body to protect the corresponding areas. I completely ninjaed the guy I was fighting, who had 72 more skill points than I had. This is why I bought the Wii!!!!!

(8.25/10.00) This is by-far the best superhero game I’ve played to date. It seems that almost every Marvel character has been thrown in, and with them, some very detailed and non-generic attacks. You can mix and match your…..Cool Crew, Fantastic 4, Ultimate Gathering, whatever you want to call it, each having their own strengths and weaknesses. There are a few complaints though. Although the graphics in the opening sequence are PS3 worthy, the in-game graphics are PS1 unworthy. Also at times, it’s hard to fugure what you need to do, leaving you to walk aroung aimlessly. Overall, this is a good game that any nerd I mean Marvel fan will drool over, despite a few flaws.

Note:If there is a 3rd one made, I will redo this post.
Destroy All Humans! (1)
(9.00/10.00) Those meatbags! This extremely unique game tells the story of Crypto Sporinium 137, an alien whose race is dying, and it’s up to him in order to go harvest some human, but matching D.N.A. (long story). This game takes place in the 50s, and of course it has a very nostalgic look to it, and the voice of Crypto, Pox (his boss), and most of the humans fit well. You go through a variety of places, being led here to there. Although, as possibly my biggest complaint, the game’s missions can and will become repetitive, although they’re still fun. This game is very funny, blaming problems on commies, and levitating cows is probably as much fun as it will ever be on this game.
Destroy All Humans! 2
(8.50/10.00) This one is also very good. This time around, Crypto is back, not realizing that the U.S. wasn’t the only country on the Earth in the first one, to rid countries like Russia, England, Japan, and the Moon of their meatbags. The game’s missions in this game are a lot more diverse, yet still doing the same thing. You get to fight Kojira, a super-easy final boss, and an MI6 agent, and it’s tons of fun. You have some newer, cooler weapons, making you realize how few you had in the first game-4, this time also in a Ratchet and Clank style format. The humor is also back, but the cussing can often get out-of-control.

(9.50/10.00) Picking up Ratchet and Clank:Size Matters for the PSP, I expected to have a great time playing a great new R & C adventure on my PSP…..that and having to recharge my battery a lot. Anyway, Size Matters tells the story of Ratchet and Clank, taking a break from their world-saving, only to be interrupted by Luna, a little girl who is “doing a report on heroes” and no, not the awesome TV show, and wants to follow Ratchet and Clank around to see them fight some robots! Pretty soon, Luna is kidnapped my the mysterious Technomites, Captain Quark is looking for his real parents, and it’s up to Ratchet and Clank to save her! Or is it? The cutscene graphics on this game are great, just as good as a PS2 game, and the in-game is almost as good. As always, there are a variety of weapons to choose from, from my Size Matters favorite, the Dual Lacerators (ouch), and the cool but impractical, Bee Mine Glove. Although some game critics said it didn’t sound as good as the PS2 installments, I thought it sounded fine. I also loved the easy-to-use weapon mod and armor system. My only minor complaint was that the camera can sometimes bug out, and it’s a little short. Overall, if you’re looking for a great platformer on the PSP, this is what you’ve been waiting for.Â

(9.75/10.00) When I was a young lad, I played a game called Burnout 3/Takedown. I never thought I would find a better Burnout experience. I stand corrected! Burnout Revenge dleivers that sweet, sweet pure Burnout feeling I love nonstop! The graphics are still very shiny on the PS2 version, and you can still hear that infamous sound of metal clashing together. But what I love are the new modes, including my possibly favorite, traffic, where you “check traffic”. (Ram into pedestrian cars at speed.) That was the only reason I played Burnout! Well, that and watching the hill-ar-i-ous crashes of myself and my opponents.

(9.50/10.00)Â Do you remeber me saying that Ratchet and Clank 3 was my Favorite Game of All Time? Well, if you didn’t scroll down. Anyway, I played that one before I played this one. And there’s really not that big of a difference. There’s still great graphics, and some nice explosions, and of course there’s the hillarious storyline, but unlike the 3rd one, this ne doesn’t pause when you go to the quick access weapon-screen, but that is a minor complaint. This still is a great game, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a fun gaming experience.

(10.00/10.00) I thought I would start off this new site with the review of my (so far) favorite game of all time! I am a huge fan of the Ratchet and Clank series, and this one was definitely the best overall! You play, of course, as Ratchet, a lombax who is on a mission with his buddy Clank to stop the Solanic galaxy from being overthrown by the evil Dr. Nefarious, a robotic villian who’s life goal is to rid the universe of the organic lifeforms (squishies). The graphics in this game are beautiful, you can see every hair on Ratchet’s tail. This game also sounds really well, each explosion having a different boom! to it. As with any Insomniac game, the weapons can range from “Well, that was kinda cool” to “Holy Moley, did I just turn him to dust!!!!!” This game is ablast to play and I recommend it to anyone that wants to have a good time.
