My Favorite Music
I have a very unique taste in music. I don’t really lean towards a certain genre or group, because if I hear a certain song on the radio and I like it enough, I’ll buy the CD. That is, unless it’s rap. I hate rap. Rap, beat boxing, jive turkey, hip-hop, trash metal that you can’t even understand goes on my X list. Honestly, I don’t mean to get on my soapbox here, but I hate rap because I guarantee you that a good 99.9999999% is about the same thing. And since this site is rated PG, I won’t mention it. You do the math. Trash metal (sad excuse for rock) is just too loud and anyone could do it. Really, I like good music. Like The Fray. They have put out some great songs like She is, How to Save a Life, All at Once, and Fall Away. I’m also a fan of 70s, 80s, 90s rock like Journey, Styx, and more. I love the song Surrender, Levon, and much much more. I find myself often times listening to the Oldies. I also am a fan of Casual Country as I like to call it. Songs that don’t go full blown like saying that their proud to be hillbillies or rednecks. Last time I checked those were insults. Except for The Beverly Hillbillies. Country bands like Sugarland, Rascall Flatts, Trace Atkins (Tryin’, I just wanna feel something) are great.

For the most part I like oldies. I love frank Sinatra. I also like some newer stuff like styx and that kinda stuff. As far as rap goes, I love clean rap. Yes, earl there is such a thing as clean rap. There are Christian bands that rap.

I just plain throw rap out the window. I just don’t like it. I do like Christian rock.
