Hairspray-Okay, I know it’s no Transformers, but this movie which started as a play which I saw performed by a school group at a convention looks to be a rare gem. It tells the story of a girlÂ in the 1950s whose dream it is to be on a popular TV show. It has a long list of very funny people including John Travolta, Christopher Walken, and Queen Latifa. I wanna be called King…..or maybe Jester…..on second thought-

Sunshine-This cool little sci-fi thriller is set in the future when the sun basically runs outta fuel and a couple of brave souls are going a mission to reignite the sun. It looks to have some pretty cool special effects, and a unique storyline. That’s a good combination. Yep. I just used the word “yep” so I could go onto the next line. I’m so clever. Just like this movie! Ha ha ha. Oh…..

All The Boys Love Mandy Lane-This movie tells the story that most of us are too familiar with. Mandy Lane, the prettiest, coolest, most popular girl in school has all the boys affection, but there’s one boy that’s doing all he can get to her. Including eliminating his competition. I take back that familiarity part. It’s like High School Musical gone horribly wrong! (I’m sorry, I had to tell that one!) I’m so clever…LIKE SUNSHINE!
