(Grade:A-) This was actually a pretty good movie. It follows an officer (Denzel Washington) who is on the case with a high-tech team that has found a way to watch the past events in order to stop a crime that has already happened. Denzel’s acting is pretty good, although not as good as in John Q. Warning:The first 30 minutes, despite an awesome explosion, are some of the slowest in movie history, but the next 90 are both interesting and action packed. Overall, this isn’t a bad renter for Friday night.

One of my favorite things each year is E3, the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Here you can find all you need to know about upcoming games. There will be a preview show, a spotlight on Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft, and then they will go one day at a time July 10-13. I will not be there, but I will be doing the next best thing:I will re-report the news I find and show it here, so that you, the reader, can find out all you need to know.

(Grade:A-) This being my first Ocean’s movie, I really enjoyed it. This was a really funny movie that had me laughing several times. The boys are trying to take down Willy Banks, a cruel casino owner who hurt one of their own. This is a great movie just to take a couple of friends to go see with, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time. This is a breath of fresh air and originality in a midst of plain ol’ action movies.

Overall, it’s been a pretty good month for video games considering it is the summer time. We got some great new releases from the past-Tomb Raider Anniversary, from the old west-Call of Juarez, some educational-Big Brain Wii Degree, games with zombies-Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, messy games-DiRT, and some dark games-The Darkness. But however, there were also some that fell in the line of duty. Transformers:The Game was probably the game with the most promise that fell short, and it also claimed the life of the Fantastic Four. We were also devastated by Hour of Victory, a practically broken FPS. But we must move along, and find the good, the best, the Game of the Month. And this month, it is…..Resident Evil 4:Wii Edition. Why this one? It has zombies, motion sensing cutscenes, and it’s on the Wii. Enough said.Â
