Heroes:Origins

Posted in The Tube at 7:26 pm by earl

NBC has announced that it will create a spinoff series for it’s awesome show Heroes, entitled Heroes:Origins, which will follow the story of new heroes that we have not met before and were not introduced into the original series, although from what I’ve read it will only be 6 episodes. The audience will choose one of the Heroes and vote for them American Idol style and the winner will be injected into the series. It will probably air during the break between episodes of Heroes. Awesome.

Heroes-Final Five Episodes-”The Hard Part”

 Ohh..........

Okay, my blood pressure is finally down so I’ve decided I’ll give my computer another chance and try to make the post for last week’s Heroes, so here goes.

Okay, it starts off with Hiro and Ando, just back from their future adventure, going down to Issac’s loft to ask him about some empty word bubbles in the comic from the future showing Hiro killing Sylar. They come down only to find Issac dead (o.o7%), and Sylar painting the future. The camera turns to reveal that it shows Sylar about to steal Ted’s powers. Connecting the dots in order for him to fear that he is the exploding man. After getting all dressed up out of his trenchcoat and making a phone call, he starts to leave, but before he does, he hears the heartbeats of Hiro and Ando (Stolen from Mechanic). They quickly teleport out, and then follow him to his mommy’s house, where they wait outside, preparing to strike. Sylar has a long talk with his mom, and then reveals to her his awful secret life. She gets scared, then attempts to kill him, he responds, and, in a struggle, kills her. Hiro then pauses time and comes in to kill Sylar, only for him to stop the pause and break the sword. They once again teleport out, having another opportunity closed. Later towards the end of the episode we see Sylar painting a picture of the bomb with his Mother’s blood. With Peter drawing his own pictures of the future, he draws a picture of Ted, and then when Claire reveals to him his identity, he comes up with a plan:For Claire to shoot him in the back of the head if he has his power overload. Later towards the very end they do meet up with the escapees Ted, Matt, and Bennet, when Peter’s hands start glowing, and he panics, causing the infamous “to be continued…” to appear on the screen. Niki/Jessica and D.L. went to Las Vegas to rescue their son, who tryed to make a daring escape of his own from Candace, only to fail and find out about the trickery that had taken place. While Niki/Jessica and D.L. searched they found a chilling room full of their families history, leading to the conclusion that Linderman had been tracking their whole life.

Stay tuned tomorrow for my summary of”Landslide”.
