This is an awesome game where you have to get hit by these planes’ bombs in order to bounce off of them to get exp. before you run out of fuel. It’s really cool. Click here to play it.

Warioware:Smooth Moves

On this one, you have to hold the Wiimote like a pen to guide the plane.

(9.5/10.00) I have played all of the Warioware games, from Mega Micro Game$ to Twisted, but I am a strong believer that Warioware was destined for the Wii. No other game could have you picking noses, hula-hooping, and picking noses, while playing the game right! This being Warioware, I didn’t expect it to be long, or to have a storyline that made sense! But I had a great time playing all the absurd, yet fun minigames. There are a variety of ways to use he Wiimote, from the basic “Remote Control” to “The Mortar and Pestle”. It can also get very interactive: There was a minigame where you had to nod if my Mii was  a male! The multiplayer is also fun, with pass and play all you need is one Wiimote and you can play with up to 12 people! This game is one of the Wii’s best!

Heroes-Final 5 Episodes-”Five Years Gone”

 COOLEST HEROES PICTURE EVER!!!!!

First of all, I would like to say two things: 1. This episode was called “String Theory” in earlier posts, and the name was changed. 2. Heroes is coming back for a second season, but I will continue to do these posts, along with a post for every upcoming Heroes episode.

As every Heroes fan should know, this episode takes place in the future, and with every future episode comes a barrel full of headaches, this is no exception. So here we go. It starts off showing Hiro and Ando in the future, where they meet up with Future Hiro, who has built a super-cool timeline of the past events leading up to the bomb that, in the future, has already happened. Soon after, Matt Parkman and some other cops barge in and take Present Hiro, but Future Hiro and Ando escape. Matt reveals that he is working for Nathan, the now president who is trying to rid the world of the Heroes, or as they’re called now, terrorists. Future Hiro and Ando go to Las Vegas, where they meet up with the now-mutually sided Niki who has balanced her two sides out. They are trying to find Peter to help get Present Hiro back so they can get him and Ando back to the present. Later it tells of Mr. Bennet helping Heroes hide, Claire hiding out in Texas, and Suresh developing a poison to kill the Heroes under Nathan’s command. After Bennet is killed by Matt and it is revealed that Nathan was actually Sylar who had Candace’s power and he kills Claire and steals her power, and Peter reveals he was the bomb that blew up, Future Hiro, Peter, and Ando plan on rescuing Hiro where he is being held captive. They then storm the building, where Future Hiro goes all ninja on guards, and Peter finally starts a good faceoff with the now scary-looking Sylar. Peter ignites fire out of his hands, and Sylar does the same with ice. Suresh, who has been appointed to kill Present Hiro, stabs the Haitan instead, showing a change of heart. Future Hiro is the shot and killed and Hiro and Ando teleport back to the present where they have spawned their new goal- Kill Sylar.

The Wii

Graphics-(8.0/10.00)-The graphics for the Wii aren’t as stunning or as vibrant or the PS3, but I really don’t think that’s where Nintendo wanted to go with this console, and I don’t care. I don’t judge a game by it’s graphics, unless they are just plain bad. For Warioware, the graphics were smooth and sleak, and fun to look at, and for Rayman, it really looks like it’s taken a step up from the Gamecube, or in the opening cutscene at least. In Zelda, the graphics also look like they have been ramped up.

Sound-(8.5/10.00)-Really I this one is also good. In Warioware, there are several instances in which the sound will come in through the Wiimote speaker, which I think is a great idea. I personally loved the music that plays while you’re creating a Mii, and the Wii Menu music is also good. The in-game audio comes out clear and smooth sounding great as well.

Controls-(10.00/10.00)-Of course, this is my favorite part of the Wii. The Wiimote fits well in my hand, and the A and B button are in the perfect place. The nunchuk also feels good, with the C and Z button both in easy access of my index finger. Although at times I had some trouble occasionally getting the sensor bar to react, this is the highlight of this amazing piece of machinery.

Setup-(9.00/10.00)- Pulling the Wii out of the box, I quickly noticed that there were several pieces of this console. There’s the sensor bar & stand, the console, the two-part controller, and more. It doesn’t take long at all to set up, it only took me about 15 minutes. Although I had some trouble setting up the sensor bar, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist ot figure out how to set this thing up.

Overall-(9.5/10.00)- Overall, I have been having a blast playing with my Wii, whether it’s been from hual-hooping with Wario or making my neighbor as a Mii, this is truly one console I look forward to spending some time with in the future and playing some certain games on it. I love this console! Consoles like this are what’s going to put Nintendo up there above the rest! Welcome to next-gen!
